"Check-in was slow and poorly handled"
Check-in at Everglades Holiday Park was frustrating. We showed up a little early, which I get can happen, but the line was moving painfully slow and nobody seemed to know where people were supposed to stand. That’s on them for not having clearer signs or someone directing guests.
The staff were nice once we finally got to the desk, but by then I was already annoyed. It felt disorganized and took way longer than it should have, especially for something as basic as checking in. Not the worst start ever, but definitely their fault for making it feel so sloppy.

We checked out the alligator show and it was fun. Our group was watching the whole time, and the handler were really comfortable with the gators. He explained things in a simple way too, so it didn’t feel like too much talking.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it did feel a little short, and the area near the front get crowded. Still, it was a good time and I’m glad we saw it.

The airboat was definitely loud, like you notice it right away, but they had ear protection ready for everyone and that made a huge difference. The kids were totally fine with it too, which I was a little worried about. Once we had those on, it was way easier to relax and enjoy the ride. Fun experience overall, just glad they handled the noise part well.

"Fun ride, but felt a little rushed"
The airboat ride was fun at first, and the driver seemed nice enough. It was definitely bumpy, which I expected, but it also felt shorter than I thought it would be. I had a hard time hearing some of what was being said, so I felt like I missed part of the experience. The whole thing also felt a bit impersonal, like we were just another ticket number being moved through. It wasn’t bad, but for the price, I was hoping for a little more.

"Saw way more wildlife than I expected"
We had such a fun day here. I didn’t expect to see this much wildlife, but we spotted gators, turtles, tons of birds, and even a few babies hanging out by the water. The airboat was definitely loud, but in a “part of the experience” kind of way. Our guide was great and pointed out little things I totally would’ve missed on my own. It all felt very real, not overly touristy, and it wasn’t too crowded either. I’d definitely go again.

"Booking was quick and easy"
I booked our Everglades tour online, it was simple. I know some people act like online booking is always a hassle, but this really wasn’t. Picking the date and time was easy, the payment went through without any problem, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I don’t really have anything to complain about

The boat was in better shape than I was expecting, honestly. The seats were clean, there weren’t any weird smells, and it felt safe the whole time we were out. You could tell it’s been taken care of and not just run down. It definitely made the trip feel a lot more relaxed

"Fun spot, but the crowds felt unnecessary"
I had a good time overall, but the crowds were a bit much. The lines got long, and during the busier parts the crowd control felt kind of messy. Some of the waiting around felt unnecessary, but it was still a fun place once things moved along.

I’d say this is a good spot for anyone wanting bird and gator photos. I got some nice shots, so I can see why other customers would enjoy it too. That said, the timing really makes a difference. When I went, the boat felt a bit crowded and rushed, which made it harder to relax and get clear pictures. Still worth it if you’re mainly there for the wildlife, just maybe try to pick a quieter time

We stopped into the gift shop after our airboat ride and it was a nice little place to browse. I ended up grabbing a hat and a few magnets, and the prices weren’t bad for a park gift shop. It was a little small and there wasn’t a huge selection, but it was still easy to find a couple of fun souvenirs. The lady at checkout was really friendly too, which made it a nice quick stop before heading out.

"Friendly staff, but not really worth the effort"
The staff were genuinely nice and answered our questions, which I appreciated. But the visit itself was just kind of okay. Nothing really stood out, and by the end I felt like we’d spent more energy walking around and getting there than it was probably worth. Not a bad day out, just not something I’d rush to do again.

Our tour guide was the highlight of the whole visit!!! He was super funny, really easy to talk to, and had all these random little Everglades stories that actually kept everyone paying attention?? which is not always easy on a tour!!

I’m giving it 4 stars because the wait was a little longer than we expected... but once we got going, the guide totally made up for it!!! Really fun experience overall!

The tour was fine overall. Our guide was friendly and definitely knew some interesting stuff about the gators and the area, so the ride wasn’t boring. I still remember this one weird little detail he pointed out about a gator just sitting there with its mouth open like it was posing for a dentist photo.
I just wish there had been a little more depth about the Everglades and the wildlife. A few questions got simple answers, and the whole thing felt slightly rushed. Not a bad experience, just more average than I was hoping for.

"Pretty comfy seats overall"
i mean, I was expecting the airboat seats to be way less comfortable, but they weren’t bad at all. They’re not super cushy or anything, but I felt fine for the whole ride and didn’t feel squeezed in. They did start to feel a little hard after a while, but overall it was still a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars mostly for the comfort

"Pickup was right on time"
Our driver showed up exactly when they were supposed to and was really easy to spot. The whole ride was smooth and stress-free both ways, which is how it should be when you’re paying for a service. It’s only fair to give credit when a company does things right. Super simple experience.
